Frog Dissection

Last week in class we dissected a preserved frog. Frog dissection is a lot of fun and can teach you many things about a frog. Follow my easy guide and learn what I learned when I did the frog dissection.

To start off, lets go explore some important frog organs. Organs are structures that perform a specialized task. Knowing these frog organs are vital to a dissection.

Now that you know these organs you can start to dissect. But lets do one more quick thing, lets practice a dissection on a virtual frog. This way you'll be able to locate and point out each organ on a real dissection. This virtual frog dissection explains how to dissect a frog with simple steps.

Good job. We are now done exploring the frog. You should now know how to dissect a frog. Yay!

All in all, I enjoyed the process of dissecting a frog. I had fun exploring the insides and learning about it. It also helped me get a better understanding of the digestive system because I was able to see a model in front of me. In conclusion,  it was very interesting and was a good lab.
